Cancellations and Refunds Policy

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Refunds and Returns - Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 14 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Unopened goods will be refunded in full. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment refunded to the same account by which the original payment was made. All refunds are made at the discretion of Piculiar Ventures. If payments made via UPI / GPay / PAYTM or any other UPI provider are not successful, the money will be returned to your account directly by the service provider within 14-21 working days. Cancellations - All our services once booked cannot be canceled until expressly agreed upon by us via email. If you want to cancel your order please contact us on piculiarphotobooths@gmail.com 14 days before start of service or deliver of product.
